  This is the WORST office I have ever been to!! Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, but her staff are incompetent. When I first came in, I told her PA (Cynthia Baker) I was a little nervous about the appointment (I have anxiety). She did nothing to reassure me, make conversation, etc. I was concerned but dismissed this. After the visit with Dr. Nguyen, I felt satisfied. She had taken the time to discuss all my concerns and switch the form of my prescription medication. When leaving the office, I checked out at the front desk and asked if any further information was needed on my end. I filled out some insurance information and was on my way. After leaving the office, I realized I had forgotten to ask which pharmacy my new prescription would be sent to. I called the office, and the receptionist was shocked that Dr. Nguyen hadn't sent the medication home with me. I didn't know that was possible, but whatever. She sent my new prescription to the pharmacy and I was happy with that. The next day, I get an email that my medication is ready for pickup. Great! I head to the pharmacy, where they tell me the medicine is $50 for a one month supply!! No thank you! After some investigation, I realize the prescription was sent in patch form instead of tablet. I call Dr. Nguyen's office right away, and the receptionist assures me she will take care of it. The next day I return to the pharmacy only to find that Dr. Nguyen's office has not sent anything to the pharmacy. I'm done! Waste of $25 (when the receptionist told me there was no copay for well-visits). I have never been so disappointed in a doctor's office. I will not be returning. I would recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

  Been going here for over 20 years. It has changed doctors and staff over that time and was very happy when Dr. Ford was there. There has been a complete change of attitude in the last year and their service has dropped so low in my opinion, that I have found a different doctor and gone elsewhere. I can no longer recommend this place and if they continue to do practice as they are, Mercy will make additional staffing changes. Do yourself a favor and find a better clinic.
